Which srew peg suites which surface?

Within the Peggy Peg system there is a suitable peg for every surface. For example, we have the hardcore pegs and the Heavy Duty stainless steel pegs. The looser the ground (for example beach sand) the bigger the peg, easy as that!

Sand, beach sand and dunes
Op deze losse ondergrond, gebruiken we de grootst mogelijke haringen, de XL en de XL alu. In het losse zand hebben we immers veel grip nodig.
On loose surface we need a lot of grip. And the looser the ground the bigger the peg. So for these surfaces the XL and the XL alu pegs will suit the best!

Soil and grass
Op de camping, met keurig verzorgd aarde en gras, gaan we altijd voor een mix van haringen. Ieder type haring heeft immers zijn eigen toepassing.
At the campsite, with neatly maintained soil and grass, we always go for a mix of pegs. After all, each type of peg has its own application.

The S-peg is perfect for securing the groundsheet and the side flaps of the awning.

We secure all lines and loops with the N-peg, and don't forget to use the unique Peggy Peg height adjustment ... the blue clips!

For securing a storm strap on this surface we use an XL peg (made of plastic or aluminium). In this case make sure you pre-drill it first!

Compacted rubble, rocky surface
With extremely hard ground, we can no longer simply screw a peg into the ground. Fortunately, the aluminium pegs offer a solution here.

In addition to the aluminum pegs, there are also Heavy Duty stainless steel pegs, which can withstand a beating!

Asphalt
Een parkeerterrein is natuurlijk niet een gezellige plek om te kamperen, maar er zijn situaties waarbij men toch de luifel wenst uit te zetten, maar de ondergrond het eenvoudigweg niet toelaat om haringen te gebruiken.
There are situations where you still want to put up the awning, but the ground simply does not allow you to use pegs.

A parking lot is of course not a pleasant place to camp, but even than Peggy Peg has a great solution to make things easier: the Peggy Peg Tube!
