Returns
Which products are eligible for return and wat is the return procedure?
If the ordered products do not meet your expectations or you have ordered the wrong product, you can return the products within 14 days in their original state and undamaged (for sealed items with unbroken seal!), postage paid.
You must always contact us first for your registration.
Return shipments without payed postage will not be accepted. In order to process the return shipment properly, you must accompany the shipment with a copy of the invoice, your bank account number (IBAN) and a covering letter with your comment or complaint.
If your return meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase amount (goods) to your bank account within 14 days. If not, the package will be returned to you. We will not refund the shipping costs you incurred for the return.
Outer box
Always send your returns in an outer box. This way the original product packaging remains neat and free of shipping labels.
Defects
Despite the great care we take with your order, it can happen that an item becomes defective or that you receive the wrong product through no fault of your own. In this unfortunate case, please contact us! Our customer service is happy to help you via 085 - 0824330
Electronic equipment
Some electronic parts cannot be returned. If in doubt, please contact our after sales department.
